W.R. Meadows SEALMASTIC Type II (brush-on/spray-grade) is an asphalt-based, clay emulsion with fibers that is specially formulated to provide a tight film that offers both excellent strength and water resistance. It is easy to apply and is a fast, economical way to protect concrete and masonry foundation walls from moisture penetration.
