Thermo-12 Gold is composed of hydrous calcium silicate for recommended use in the industrial processing and power generation industries, where pipes and equipment operate up to 1200? F(650? C). Crucial to Thermo-12 Gold is a distinctive formula to restrict corrosion to outside surfaces or pipe and equipment. It is a molded, high-temperature, abuse-resistant pipe and block insulation with exceptional structure strength. Inorganic, non-combustible, Asbestos Free and meets or exceeds the physical and thermal property requirements of ASTM C533, Type 1. Each Calcium Silicate 3-V scored block covers approximately 11 of circumference.
The last 3-V scored block within each 3-foot section will require sizing by the customer, as well as, mudding between joints. All Pipe Insulation is furnished in 3 ft. lengths.
