Ideal, Aluminun End Cap Covers

These End Caps are produced using 1100 series 0.024 painted aluminum, the same aluminum used in Ideals pressed elbows.

During the pressing process, all Weatherjac End Caps are pre-marked with cut-out lines and sizing for various sizes of pipe and insulation. The Weatherjac End Caps have an extended collar that is flat for ease of installation. The center points are marked for ease of offset cutting and therefore producing a superior clean finished look.
