Certainteed Metal Building Insulation Filler Blanket is made of tan, uniformly textured, inorganic glass fibers that are bonded with a thermoset resin to form a blanket insulation. It is an ideal thermal or acoustical insulation for use in commercial building where wide rolls of unfaced insulation are needed. It can also be used in post frame construction, in roof and sidewalls as a sound layer over the unfaced side of metal building insulation 202-96 or it can be installed over old roof decks (BUR and metal) prior to application of a new standing seam roof.
