3M Fire Barrier Sealant FD 150+ is an economical, ready to use, gun-grade, elastomeric sealant that dries to form a monolithic flexible firestop seal. 3M Fire Barrier Sealant FD 150+ firestops joints and through-penetrations through floor slabs, walls and other fire-rated building partitions and assemblies. When properly installed, Sealant FD 150+ helps control the spread of fire, smoke and noxious gasses before, during and after exposure to a fire. 3M Fire Barrier Sealant FD 150+ remains elastomeric and exhibits excellent adhesion to a full range of construction substrates. Available in Limestone (Gray), Blue, and Red.


The composition of these products may not meet applicable Volatile Organic Compound (“VOC”) regulations in states that have adopted the Ozone Transport Commission (“OTC”) Model Rule for Consumer Products. As a result of these VOC regulations, these products cannot be sold into some of these states. OTC states include: Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
